Had an awesome stay here. Fairly clean place, staff was nice. The room I booked was coul be maintained in better condition and available with a new card, the clean decoration and the bathtub. The location was magnificent, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Aerocentro de Monterrey.

Thank you for a very pleasant stay. This business hotel offers variety of well-appointed and brand-new rooms. The location is convenient, 1 mile from Aerocentro de Monterrey. It's based in good area, in a chineese restaurant. The staff is attentive and the breakfast is traditional.

My favorite property in Monterrey. Incredibly beautiful hotel, good beds, huge rooms. Extremely helpful and very friendly staff, delicious breakfast with a lot of food.

The location is amazing, nestled in a beautiful shopping mall with a bustling city market and HEB nearby. The pet-friendly policy is a bonus, and the breakfast provided is great. However, it would be nice if a wash towel was provided in the bathroom. The facility is well maintained and the pillows on the bed are adequate.

Cleanliness, comfort, staff kindness... ammenities..

I had to pay 10US daily + taxes for Internet access and that access could only be used for one computer, no matter I had 2 computers.... and I asked a couple (with 2 computers) about this, and they had to pay for each computer..

I lost a pair of shoes there, when I realized it the next day, I called back to the hotel but could not found it.......

The hotel's location next to a major mall and right beside a supermarket is very convenient. You can easily access shopping options and find everything you need just steps away. The rooms are well-equipped, with nice junior suites available. The breakfast offers a variety of options that are tasty and satisfying.

The check-in process can be slow and time-consuming.

The rooms were huge and extremely spacious and we could park nearby.

Our junior suite was brand-new and comfortable. Enjoyed street view. The location was marvellous, in a very good area, and the bed exceptionally comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, as it was right next to a high-end shopping mall and close to everything we needed. We loved the convenience of having the mall just steps away, and there were also plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. The hotel facilities were top-notch and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were incredibly attentive and responsive, providing remarkable service throughout our stay. And to top it all off, the breakfast was great, offering a variety of delicious options.
