Had an awesome stay here. Fairly clean place. - the staff was nice. - Magnificent location, approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from Aerocentro de Monterrey.

Good location and nice mountain view room

I lost a pair of shoes there, when I realized it the next day, I called back to the hotel but could not found it.......

Cleanliness, comfort, staff kindness... ammenities..

I had to pay 10US daily + taxes for Internet access and that access could only be used for one computer, no matter I had 2 computers.... and I asked a couple (with 2 computers) about this, and they had to pay for each computer..

The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly, offered to visit some nice places. There were good beds and tea and coffee making equipment, a writing desk, and an ironing set in the superior room.

This place is my go-to spot in the area. the hotel is stunning with cozy beds and spacious rooms. the staff is super friendly and always ready to help out. I also loved the tasty breakfast - so much to choose from! 🌟

The location is amazing, nestled in a beautiful shopping mall with a bustling city market and HEB nearby. The pet-friendly policy is a bonus, and the breakfast provided is great. However, it would be nice if a wash towel was provided in the bathroom. The facility is well maintained and the pillows on the bed are adequate.
